Abstract

The following study is the result of the work of the Commission on Ethics in Health Care established by the Minister of Health by order of 24 May 2013. (Dz. Urz. Min. Zdrow. pos. 21 and 2014 pos. 70). The tasks of the Commission were to express opinions on ethical problems in health care, in particular on the application of new medical procedures and the exercise of medical professions. The Commission worked actively for only a few months. It was formally dissolved by an order of the subsequent Minister of Health of 20 January 2016. (Dz. Urz. Min. Zdrow. pos. 12).
